Hyundai's new Genesis luxury brand has been the talk of the automotive news gauntlet since it was formally announced at the end of last year. But what we've really been waiting for is word on its flagship product--the 2017 G90. Finally, Autoblog and Autotrader respectively have given us this treat, and it's better than we could have hoped.
The first thing we learn is that Genesis isn't offering a rebadged Equus. The G90 is every bit its own car, and positioned to take on the best flagship sedans in the luxury sector. As a stand-alone vehicle, it certainly gets the driving dynamics right, with a confident, albeit floaty driving character that firms up slightly when thrown into sport mode. The interior is lavish, with an infotainment screen that bucks the "upright, tablet-like" trend in favor of a more integrated look. Check out the video above for more.
For information on the new G90, stay tuned to our blog, or contact our Hyundai dealership in Wausau, WI to schedule a test drive.
