Hyundai OWNERS WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY

The Hyundai vehicle owner is responsible for the performance of the required maintenance listed in the Owner's Manual. Hyundai recommends that the owner retain all receipts covering maintenance on their Hyundai vehicle, but Hyundai will not deny emission warranty coverage solely for the lack of receipts or for failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.

 

The Hyundai vehicle owner should also be aware that Hyundai may deny their warranty coverage is their Hyundai vehicle or a part has failed due to abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or unapproved modifications.

 

*Complimentary maintenance includes Hyundai-approved oil and oil filter change (except for electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles) plus tire rotation at normal factory scheduled maintenance intervals for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. More frequent maintenance due to severe driving or conditions is excluded. See your Hyundai dealer for further details and limitations.
